Rotary evaporator is developed under the condition of vacuum and negative pressure, using the principle of constant temperature heating and film evaporation. The rotary evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to make the glass rotary bottle rotate at a constant speed, and the material forms a large area of uniform film on the bottle wall.
-The main body bracket is made of stainless steel + aluminum alloy, with reasonable structure and exquisite materials.
- The sealing system adopts PTFE and imported fluorine rubber + Teflon two-way combination seal, which can maintain high vacuum.
- Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, vacuum degree can reach 0.098Mpa.
- All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is high temperature resistant and anti-corrosion.
- Continuous feeding is available for customer's convenience. Valve type feeding tube is connected to teflon tube.
- Upright three-layer serpentine coil condenser, main cooling + pay cooling double condenser, to ensure high recovery rate, additional material tube.
- Microcomputer type ON-OFF power switch control.
- Bath pot digital display, intelligent thermostat control, K-type sensor for fast and accurate temperature transfer.
- LCD speed regulation (0-120rpm), digital display of rotational speed, rotary twist setting, easy operation.
- Fuse safety protection.
- The pot liner is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion and durable.
- The main machine is automatically lifted.
- Collection bottle is equipped with lowering material, which is convenient for collecting and releasing evaporated extract.
